Subject: National Welsh U2768 (RTG 310F)
Chassis: Leyland Tiger Cub PSUC1/12
Body: Marshall B45F
Location: Crosskeys depot
Date: 7-Jun-1980

Only three months before it was sold to Martin of Middlewich following withdrawal, U2768 is looking very presentable in Crosskeys depot. New as Rhondda 310 and subsequently 2310, U868 and U2768 in the Western Welsh fleet, it was one of five to be based here at withdrawal, more of the batch than had remained at their native Porth depot.

The 154 service was introduced in June 1967 as part of the Monmouthshire co-ordination scheme and replaced a Western Welsh Risca local service, the 511, giving Gelli Ty-Sign a direct service to Newport.
