This is a heavily-retouched copy of an original which leaves little clue as to its origin - as Metropolitan-Vickers didn't build any trams for Bournemouth it's a much later photo than the subject, which may have included equipment from British Westinghouse, the predecessors of Metropolitan-Vickers.
Most Bournemouth bogie trams looked very similar to this which makes it also harder to identify, the Brill 22E truck was also universal. There is one difference between this and most photos I've seen of Bournemouth trams, as this hasn't got a destination blind at the bottom of the window behind the staircase in the vestibule. For this reason I suspect it may be one of the earlier cars that had vestibules added later.
