Subject: Bradford C. T. 504 (NAK 504H) and 506 (NAK 506H) Chassis: AEC Swift MP2R Body: Marshall B45D Location: Thornbury depot Date: 26-Mar-1972
These two Swifts appear in the gallery relating to the end of Bradford's trolleybuses as they were used to take the party who had ridden on 844 on its farewell journey, back to the City Centre where they had started.
These were the only two AEC Swifts to receive this reversed livery and at this stage they are not in quite the same livery. 506 has just a blue band whereas 504 has the blue band edged in a buff line and also has a blue roof. A little later 506's livery was modified to be like 504.
