Blackpool 440 was a Guy Vixen FLW/DP that was one of the last two tower wagons bought by Manchester Corporation. It had chassis number 47102 and was first registered on 7th November 1956. It had been numbered A119 in the Manchester fleet. It was withdrawn before the closure of the Manchester system in October 1965 and passed to Blackpool. It was joined in April 1967 by sister vehicle A120 (TVM 892) once Manchester had finished with it, but that vehicle didn't last as long.

TVM 891 is seen here in the yard of Rigby Road depot on 21st May 1980. It had by this stage already been replaced by a new Bedford TK numbered 439.
