In the early days following the demise of National Welsh there was very little visible evidence of change. Buses were operated under Tellings-Golden Miller licences at first.

National Welsh Sherpa 85 is about to set off for Blaencwm. Behind is Bebb's G34 HDW which was a similar vehicle but new in 1990 on the later 410D chassis, the most obvious difference being the front grille.
