Another view from the old railway line near the former Blaenrhondda station, part of the embankment on which I was standing can be seen at the bottom of the photo.

HR6171 is passing, just out of view on the extreme left behind the railings, the former Palace cinema which was later destroyed by fire on 25th March 1985.
