Speeding past Cardiff Castle, 163 carries the original version of the orange and white livery. This featured a white panel below the windscreen as seen here. In fact, 163 was the last bus to receive this livery with subsequent repaints having an orange panel there instead.
163 outlived most of its sister vehicles by some years and wasn't withdrawn until Jul-1986. It was taken away for scrap on 9-Sep-1986.
