Subject: Bradford C.T. 635 (CAK 635) Chassis: AEC 661T Body: English Electric H30/26R Location: Preston, Dick, Kerr works Date: 1937
Upper saloon looking towards the rear. The square mirror over the stairs would seem to be intended for a conductor on the platform to check whether anyone upstairs is in the process of descending. It gives a very poor view of the platform from upstairs - possibly the intention on safety grounds (discouraging the conductor from giving the "right away" from upstairs).
