Parked in what would seem in later years to be a rather odd position in front of the Municipal Buildings is 21. Although neither fleet number nor registration number are visible, this can be identified as 21 in two ways. 21 was the only one to have a polished bonnet, that on 22 being painted.
22 also seated more and this was achieved by shortening the bench seat over the rear wheels and squeezing in an extra row of seats.
