These PND-registered PD2s had been stalwarts of the Saddleworth services as their delivery, principally as trolleybus replacement vehicles, co-incided with the transfer of the operation of these services from Queen's Road to Rochdale Road garage. For all that they were not often photographed and it is good to be able to include this (unfortunately cropped) view of SELNEC 3448, still in full Manchester livery, climbing West Street in Oldham. These buses never received the orange and white livery.
