Bristol RE 274 has an A suffix to the fleet number, indicating it was equipped for one-man operation and is clearly working thus when seen in Halifax in 1968, unlike the Fleetline in the earlier shot. These REs would have been excellent buses for this service, with a good turn of speed when needed.
