One can imagine the initial call - "school bus crashes". Police and the fire service are in attendance. The police were certainly needed just to redirect traffic whilst the junction was blocked and to permit the recovery to be done safely. The schoolchildren had all got off the bus without any problem and were just amused by an incident out of the ordinary.
