The upper saloon looking to the rear - note the absence of the normal emergency door in the rear window.

The bell pushes appear to be of the NUMA Type B, with the button flush with the housing. The single skin roof means that the pipework for this pneumatic bell system is, unusually, visible running along the vehicle just above the windows and also across the roof.
