Taken just after 0500hrs, 37459 is in an orange blur of sodium lighting and falling snow as it heads across the M60 motorway at the bottom of Hollins Road. This was the first working of the day towards Manchester and is an indication of changing service patterns as in pre-PTE days the first journey here was no less than two hours later.
