Subject: Rhondda Buses 703 (A13 RBL)
Chassis: Leyland Tiger TRBL10/2RZA
Body: East Lancs DP53F
Location: Cardiff, Central Square
Date: 16-Mar-1996

Like all the other Tigers in this collection, 703 was re-registered. In this case the new mark was A13 RBL which it received in early 1996. It is leaving the bus station in Cardiff on the express service to Maerdy.

At the takeover it would become Stagecoach 913 and remained with them until 2000 when it was sold to Southlands Travel of Bromley, having regained its original registration G399 PNN. It moved again to the Boomerang Bus Company (Warner's of Tewkesbury) where it was re-registered again as AAL 520A, a mark previously carried by Rhondda 908, a former National Welsh Tiger (q.v.). It finally moved to Ogden, St. Helen's and I believe in time reverted once more to its original G399 PNN.
