It is difficult to identify this location positively, as the style of building behind the bus was common around the trading estate. However, I believe this photograph to be on The Willowford, which is actually quite a few roads, this one being the one that passes what is now Centre Court, with The Avenue behind.

Unless buses used this road to turn round, this road was not a bus route and veteran Bristol B 3 would be helping the Highways Department to get the roads clear to keep the estate trading.
