The 350 doesn't normally use the bus station at Uppermill but on this occasion there was a rather peculiar diversion caused by repairs to the canal bridge at Brownhill.

The real peculiarity was the way that the services in opposite directions followed completely different routes. From Ashton to Oldham the bus reached Uppermill as normal. In Uppermill it turned round in the bus station as 40406 is doing here. The diversion is followed on the next two photographs.
