The registration gives away the fact that 40292 was originally a PMT vehicle which moved to the area following the PMT takeover of Pennine Blue that formed the basis of present-day operations from Dukinfield depot. It is heading down Chapel Road towards Greenfield, a section of road now without a regular bus service.
