Following the dissolution of SELNEC Cheshire in 1973, there was a welcome influx of these North Western Willowbrook-bodied AEC Reliances to Oldham garage. Two are seen together here at Oldham's Market Place, the terminus of the service since the closure of Clegg Sreet bus station, the leading one being 944 on one of the two evening peak journeys to Delph cross roads.
