Combination car built to Milnes design. Originally ordered with Brush who could not meet delivery dates. Built with 38 seats but re-seated on delivery. At same time a dwarf mast added to permit shorter trolley pole.

Rebuilt between 1914 and 1918 with enclosed front end.
Used on Audley route until closure in 1935, then as tea-time specials on Cherry Tree route until that closed in 1939.
