787 had originally been a single-decker numbered 5 in the Darlington fleet before receiving this new East Lancs double-deck body for operation in Bradford. It is dropping down Bolton Road towards the City, having just passed the junction with Lister Road which was the site of the Peel Park loop. It isn't possible to make out even on the original image whether the loop was still present.
