786 is on the extension of the Eccleshill route opened in 1959 and is passing the junction with Victoria Road. It's a location that has changed little in the intervening years, except for the obvious disappearance of trolleybuses and the overhead.

786 had originally been 4 in the Darlington fleet and was the first of the batch withdrawn, in July 1970.
