Glasgow's first trolleybuses were to have had a custom body designed by Glasgow but for expediency the body design was virtually identical to the London Q1 design. Newcastle also had similar vehicles. Carried "Trolleybus" transfers of identical design (but different colours) to the LT design - not perpetuated on later deliveries. At Glasgow Cross. Service 102 only ran to Hampden Park from 3-Jul-1949 until 6-Aug-1950.
