12 was one of a trio of the former Devon General Regals with more familiar Weymann bodies, having been SR462 in that fleet. However, they differed from most of Rhondda's own Regals by having front entrances.

12 is parked up on Fitzhamon Embankment during the day having worked into Cardiff, I suspect and probably along with at least one other Regal, on the morning run from Gilfach Goch.
