When new in 1937 151 carried an unusual Weymann H24/24F body but was rebodied with this Longwell Green rear-entrance body in 1949. It lasted in this form until 1955.
It is waiting at the starting point of the Ynysybwl service at the time, outside the current police station. I am not clear what the second Rhondda Regent behind is there for - there were never consecutive Rhondda departures on this service according to the contemporary timetables, which are very helpful in indicating which operator worked each journey.
