The two Tigers that originated with WYPTE remained in use some time after Stagecoach took over Rhondda and received the Stagecoach 'stripes' livery.

What had been Rhondda Buses 698 became 926 with its new owners and at the time of this photograph had migrated to Chepstow where it is seen at the top of the later bus station in Thomas Street, the site of the earlier bus station being just off to the right.
