For the academic years 2012-13 and 2013-14 this working was timetabled to run as far as Balfour Street in Clarksfield, a destination that hasn’t been seen before or since. I suspect this was to allow the bus to run directly to Blue Coat school to run another working from there, probably the 125 to Mottram.
This is the second of those years and the first year of operation by Rossendale on Saddleworth School services. This bus carries the blue and yellow livery of Metrobus, Orpington who operated it previously, albeit it moved to Rossendale in 2003! This bus was sold by Rossendale in 2015.
