This National has just left Nelson bus station and turned into Commercial Street at what was then a cross roads but has since been replaced by a roundabout, leading to a slight re-alignment of the road. The girder on the left is a reminder of the railway that once passed underneath the road here. The cutting on the other side was once the site of the Taff Vale railway station in Nelson but was filled in and later became the site of Nelson bus station.

N1510 was new to East Kent, originally having no fleetnumber as was normal for that fleet. It later became 1078 and when sold to National Welsh in 1980 was numbered N7317, later being renumbered as seen here.
