This photograph is identical to the last apart from the guests on the platform, the closed gate and the raised step. I've cropped and aligned the two photographs as closely as I can so you can, if Zenfolio allows it, flip between the two for amusement.

I don't have any information as to who the gentlemen on the platform are, but presume they are representatives from Leicester.
