It is not clear which tram this is and the negative number is suficiently far from the external shots of 4 to make me believe it is probably not the same tram, but there is nothing to give a positive identification.

The layout is identical to the original tram and the only visible difference is the loss of the guard rails outside the left-hand bulkhead window which were needed with the original quarter-turn staircase configuration.
