Subject: National Welsh 1 (C101 HKG)
Chassis: Ford Transit 190D
Body: Robin Hood B16F (on Dormobile shell)
Location: Porth depot
Date: 1992

Most of the National Welsh Transits remained at Barry until the final demise of National Welsh in May 1992. Pioneer 1 is seen here outside the 1950s workshop building having been moved to Porth depot. It has lost almost all lettering with the exception of the Bustler fleet name and was probably photographed not long before its sale to Red & White, in which fleet it received the number 255.
