If you've looked through the rest of this collection you will know that this is one of Speedwell's ex-Stagecoach Mercedes/Plaxtons despite the bus being completely anonymous. R508 YWC is displaying 344 which is the number used for a single journey which leaves Oldham via Huddersfield Road in the morning peak. I'm not convinced that is what this bus has just worked!
