Subject: Western Welsh U2864 (386 WTG)
Chassis: Leyland Tiger Cub PSUC1/11
Body: Willowbrook B45F
Location: Cardiff, Wood Street
Date: 26-Aug-1975

386 is now U2864 and is turning from Wood Street into Cardiff bus station. The destination display gives no clue to what it will be operating from there.

Of note is the allocation diamond above the later fleet number, something not normally seen. It is also yellow, revealing that this bus isn't working from Porth depot but Cardiff, something it did for a significant period.

Western Welsh even fitted mouldings to mark the bottom of the white band, an unusual practice as it was more common for buses to lose mouldings as liveries had a general tendency to simplify at the time.
