Two of the Großraumwagen trams wait at Bergisel in 1980, with 62 in front and possibly 64 behind.
The layout now is very different with terminating trams arriving on the extreme left. The low building behind the trams was an office and waiting room and is now demolished. These trams would loop round behind it on Klostergasse, although originally there was no loop here and when these single-ended trams were introduced they had to turn at first on a triangle.
