One underframe and lower deck body framing for on of the pair of streamlined trams for Darwen. The two upper decks can be seen in the background. Note the use of temporary cross-bracing to keep the framework square until the bulkheads were added. Most of this timber would be teak, but some ash may be used for the curved timbers.
