23 is heading to Ore, which is to the north-east of Hastings. Although not visible here, this will certainly be carrying Maidstone & District fleet names.
Following withdrawal it passed to Bradford, becoming 808 in that fleet when it entered service in November 1959. It was withdrawn in August 1963.
