Subject: Bradford C. T. 715 (DKY 715)
Chassis: Karrier W
Body: East Lancs H35/28RD
Location: Thornbury depot
Date: c.1959

715 is posed outside Thornbury depot. This was one of the first of the batch to be rebodied, entering service with its new body on December 1957.

On the right is Bedford OLBG tower wagon 037 (KUG 577). This was one of a fleet of six Bedford tower wagons bought after the war by Leeds City Transport. As their trams were gradually abandoned this was the first one withdrawn and was sold to Bradford in 1954. It lasted until the end of trolleybuses (latterly numbered 028) and survived into preservation but at the moment is unrestored.
