An odd extra journey to Oldham ran in the evening peak as shown by this photo. I think I vaguely recall these workings but they weren’t of any use to me anyway and I can’t find them in any timetables. Atlanteans such as 3828 became a common sight on the service for a while but seem to have been little photographed.
