590 leaves the depot on the 132 service - it's difficult to establish whether there are passengers on board. In the background one of the Mercedes-Benz minibuses is following it out of the depot, passing alongside what used to be called bottom garage.
The bus now declares its Stagecoach ownership but the sign at the depot entrance is unchanged. Since the photograph was taken both the sign and the traffic island on which it stood have been removed.
