220 passed from Rhondda to Marchant, Cheltenham and is seen here alongside what at first would seem to be a London version of the same chassis. However, although there is no positive identification possible of that vehicle, I believe that it is probably a Leyland - Kearsey of Cheltenham bought three former London RTLs in 1959.
