49 on the left is working on the 44 to Schottentor and is the original A-type ULF whilst 54 is the later A1 version. The most obvious distinguishing feature is the rear lights but 54 has an LED display whilst that on 49 is a flip-dot type.
They are seen together at the shared terminus at Dornbach, Güpferlingstraße.
