As built the final two trolleybuses (8 and 9) carried this unusual livery style with a white lower deck waistband. It would appear that the blind was printed to show a single destination in the aperture but the crews seem to prefer the lazy option of leaving both ends visible so they didn’t have to change it all. This can be seen in many of the trolleybus views, but some have the two line display.

Roy’s steady hand can be seen in this sharp shot despite it clearly being quite a long exposure as evidenced by the blurred pedestrian at the front.
