This working is a bit of a mystery. It's a free bus to "Market" but it's not at all clear which one. It was quite a common practice at that period for commercial venues such as markets and supermarkets to provide free transport to encourage custom. This could be quite popular if it was to a new supermarket that was otherwise difficult to reach. They were generally quite short-lived as the idea was to change people's shopping habits rather than provide a long-term transport commitment.
