Subject: National Welsh HR5771 (BTG 513J)
Chassis: Leyland Atlantean PDR1A/1
Body: Alexander H42/31F
Location: Chepstow bus station
Date: c.1980

HR5771 moved a long way east across the National Welsh operating area from Porth and is seen here having worked, probably from Monmouth depot, on the lovely 49 service between there and Chepstow down the Wye Valley. The destination display is set for one of the short workings to Tintern from Chepstow and the number blinds seem to cause as many problems for staff here as they did in Porth!
