Subject: Bradford C.T. trolleybus detail Chassis: AEC 661T Body: English Electric H30/26R Location: Preston, Dick, Kerr works Date: 1938/39
The cab interior of one of the AECs, the most prominent item being the fire extinguisher, behind which is the Stone's regulator for the low voltage supply.
More important, and rarely seen despite its importance to the safe operation of trolleybuses, is the socket for the earth leakage test plug. This test was a daily activity and is illustrated elsewhere in the gallery.
