Subject: Portsmouth C.T. 89 (RV 1128)
Chassis: Leyland Titan TD1
Body: English Electric H26/24R
Location: Preston, Dick, Kerr Works
Date: 1932

This lower deck view is from the lowest-registered vehicle, not just from the batch of TD1s but also the other English Electric-bodied vehicles delivered in 1932.

The bell pushes would appear to a pneumatic type, rather than electric. Surprisingly the label below exhorts the passenger to ring TWICE to stop the vehicle. The mirror above the nearside window could be hinged back to provide additional ventilation.

These TD1s were withdrawn between 1946 and 1952, with 89 going in 1948.
