This is the first of a quartet of interior views which are all almost certainly of trolleybus 4, but this is the only one with a fleet number visible (on the front bulkhead). The bell pushes are in an unusual position on the coving panels, with a notice on the trim above the windows instructing passengers "To stop the vehicle ring twice".
