Two of this batch of Sherpas from Cynon Valley were on hire to Taff-Ely at any one time for a period from Jun-1986 to Oct-1986 and were probably seen in their original livery more in Pontypridd than they were in Aberdare. The whole batch lasted but two years with Cynon Valley, being withdrawn in 1988.
