Another diversion associated with Metrolink works saw the east end of Union Street closed and buses diverted down Gas Street. This Stott's Solo started life with The Eden in County Durham and is working into Oldham. It may not actually be a 407 working (the display hasn't been 'missed' by the camera, it wasn't showing anything) but this is the route into Oldham that service would have used at the time.
