Olympian 3129 on 19th October 1985 stood in Piccadilly Gardens, very close to the site of the 1930s Parker Street bus station. This was not the stop but a place for buses to stand before moving onto the departure stop further round on Piccadilly itself. Advertising liveries have never been common on buses used in Saddleworth and it is particularly hard to envisage one extolling the use of coal as a home fuel ever being seen again.
